Appling<\/i>, 584 U.S. ___ (2018), resolving a circuit split on the issue of whether a debtor\u2019s statement about a single asset constitutes \u201ca statement respecting the debtor\u2019s financial condition\u201d for the purposes of 11 U.S.C. \u00a7 523(a)(2).
