Aug. 9, 2023), the EEOC and a tutoring company <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.duanemorris.com\/classactiondefense\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/56\/2023\/08\/1709000-1709709-0809consentdecree.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">filed<\/a> a Joint Settlement Agreement and Consent Decree in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, memorializing a $365,000 settlement for claims involving hiring software that automatically rejected applicants based on their age.
