This follows\u00a0<a title=\"Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) Outbreak\" href=\"https:\/\/coronavirus.maryland.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">previous orders<\/a>, statewide actions and recommendations.
