The governor issued an\u00a0<a title=\"Order of the Governor of the State of Maryland\" href=\"https:\/\/governor.maryland.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Order-20-11-17-01.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">executive order<\/a>\u00a0imposing capacity restrictions on restaurants, bars and other indoor establishments. The Maryland Department of Health also issued a series of orders restricting visitation at hospitals and nursing homes.
