Similar to the\u00a0<a title=\"Transportation Industry Gets $100 Billion in Aid from CARES Act\" href=\"https:\/\/www.duanemorris.com\/alerts\/transportation_industry_gets_100billion_aid_cares_act_0420.html\">CARES Act<\/a>, the stimulus bill passed earlier in 2020, financial assistance in the CAA comes in the form of grants that are available until expended, with varying stipulations and assurances from the federal government attached.
