SINGAPORE, 30 January 2024<\/strong> \u2014 Duane Morris & Selvam LLP advised DAM Capital Advisors Limited in its role as the sole book running lead manager on the recent qualified institutions placement of \u20b95,000 million (USD 77 million) of equity shares of DCX Systems Limited.<\/p>\n

DCX Systems Limited is among the leading Indian manufacturing players for the manufacture of electronic sub-systems and cable harnesses in terms of manufacturing capability and revenue in Fiscal 2023.<\/p>\n

Duane Morris & Selvam\u2019s team was led by Jamie Benson<\/a>, the head of the firm\u2019s U.S. Capital Markets and India practices, and also included Ananth Balaji Sundararaman<\/a>, an associate in the Singapore office.<\/p>\n
