This recognition underscores Jamie\u2019s and Priyank\u2019s deep expertise and diverse capabilities in advising clients on complex legal matters involving India. Jamie A. Benson is the head of firm\u2019s U.S. Capital Markets, U.S. Venture Capital and India Practices. He has more than 25 years’ experience in advising on capital markets and M&A transactions. Jamie has advised on more than 100 equity and debt offerings throughout the world with total proceeds of approximately US$25 billion. He is one of the leading international legal counsel advising on securities offerings by Indian issuers, having worked on more than 100 offerings by Indian issuers in the last 20 years, including Life Insurance Corporation of India\u2019s IPO, which is the largest ever Indian IPO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priyank Srivastava is a Director in the Corporate and Energy practices, with over 17 years\u2019 experience advising in the energy, Project Development\/Infrastructure\/P3 sector, and Disputes practice. Mr. Srivastava co-heads the India Practice Group focuses his practice on upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas\/LNG matters and the power sector. Having worked for over eight years at India\u2019s largest exploration and production company, he is familiar with all the transactional aspects of global energy projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
