SINGAPORE, 16 April 2025<\/strong> \u2013 We are proud to have acted as Solicitors to the Issue Manager, Full Sponsor and Placement Agent, RHB Bank Berhad, as to Singapore law in connection with the successful initial public offering and listing of Vin\u2019s Holdings Ltd on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange (\u201cSGX\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Vin\u2019s Holdings Ltd\u2019s public debut is the SGX\u2019s first listing of 2025. The placement of 20 million shares at S$0.30 per share was fully subscribed, raising S$6 million in gross proceeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vin\u2019s Holdings Ltd is a homegrown integrated automotive solutions provider in Singapore offering automobile sales and related services, automobile financing, automobile after-sales services and automobile rental and leasing services.
