The ANAF alleged that Sveza was owned and controlled by a designated person, Alexei Mordashov.<\/p>\n<p>The court ruled that this link was asserted rather than proven by the ANAF and annulled the fine and confiscation.<\/p>\n<p>It has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ziaruldeiasi.ro\/stiri\/un-mare-oligarh-rus-urmarit-in-satul-iesean-scoposeni-gorban-o-afacere-de-transport-rusia-rep-moldova--347909.html\">been reported<\/a> that the ANAF is appealing this decision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It has been reported today that the Romanian company Deltrans Grup&amp;Ro SR successfully appealed against a fine and confiscation order imposed by the Romanian ANAF.
