The individuals were husband who is a German national and wife of Ukrainian nationality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is alleged that they made available internet access to the sanctioned broadcasting channels <em>Rossiya-1 <\/em>and <em>Russia Today<\/em>. EU sanctions prohibit for a person &#8220;to broadcast or to enable, facilitate or otherwise contribute to broadcast&#8221; of these channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raids on the couple&#8217;s home gathered evidence and \u20ac40,000.
