Please note this <em>excludes<\/em> suspended sentences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">2017<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netherlands &#8211;
