Duane Morris is pleased to announce that Cyndie M. Chang<\/a>, was honored by the Asian Pacific American Women Lawyers Association for being the first female managing partner of a major Los Angeles area firm. Cyndie M. Chang, managing partner of Duane Morris\u2019 Los Angeles office<\/a>, litigates complex business and commercial<\/a> disputes involving contracts, unfair competition, trademark<\/a>, trade secrets, products liability, broker disputes, entertainment and real estate <\/a>law.<\/p>\n

Ms. Chang was recognized by the Daily Journal<\/em> as one of the 2014 Top 100 Women Lawyers in California. Best Lawyers Magazine<\/em>, Spring Edition 2016, profiled Ms. Chang as one of 15 women in the legal profession leading the charge for achievements in the practice and policy, on both local and national levels. The Recorder<\/em> named Ms. Chang a \u201c2013 Lawyer on the Fast Track.\u201d Ms. Chang was also named in the Lawyers of Color Inaugural Hot List, which honored 100 early-to-mid-career minority attorneys for excellence in the legal profession. In addition, Ms. Chang was named among the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (\u201cNAPABA\u201d) 2010 \u201cBest Lawyers under 40,\u201d awarded to 20 lawyers across the country.<\/p>\n

Ms. Chang is the President-Elect of NAPABA, with previous service as its Vice-President of Communications, Secretary and Regional Governor for the Central District, which encompassed over 10 minority interest bar organizations in Southern California. She is also the Past President of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (\u201cSCCLA\u201d), one of the oldest and largest Asian-American bar associations in the country.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
