Accordingly, the EPA has been developing an enforcement discretion policy and recently concluded two\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/enforcement\/cercla-pfas-enforcement-listening-sessions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">public listening sessions<\/a>\u00a0to seek stakeholder input on concerns about CERCLA enforcement for PFAS contamination.
