Duane Morris partners Frederick Cohen and Allen J. With more than 35 years of experience in construction matters, Cohen’s work includes resolving issues involving delays, defective performance and structural failures. He also has resolved many cases through alternative dispute resolution procedures. Cohen’s practice focuses upon the representation of owner-developers, nonprofit institutions, contractors and sureties in both the private and public sectors. Ross has more than 45 years of experience practicing law in the areas of construction, litigation and real estate. In addition to traditional legal work, he has developed a career in alternative dispute resolution in the construction industry, serving as an arbitrator, mediator and dispute review board chair. Ross is a member of the American, New York State and New York City Bar Associations, as well as the Construction Industry Panel of Arbitrators and the Panel of Mediators of the American Arbitration Association. He has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business as one of the leading construction attorneys in New York since 2008.
