Introduction

On 15 April 2020, the Singapore Mediation Centre (“SMC”) enacted Supplementary Rules for Electronic Adjudication Lodgment to provide for:

the electronic lodgment of documents;
telegraphic transfer of fees;
electronic service of documents; and
adjudication conferences.
