SINGAPORE, 14 October 2022 ― Selvam LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Soo as the head of its Restructuring and Insolvency Group. Soo will continue as a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
Soo joined Selvam LLC in 2017, after a decade of practice in a leading local dispute resolution firm, and has been an invaluable member of the firm’s litigation and arbitration group. Since 2020, he has managed the firm’s insolvency and restructuring matters.

Soo’s main practice areas are insolvency and restructuring, international trade disputes, shareholder disputes, investigations, asset recovery and international arbitration. He also advises clients on various technology and IP matters. He is a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
